WELL, THERE IS NO NEED, BECAUSE DAILY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY CAN DO ALL OF THAT!
HOW DOES THE 1000 POINT CHALLENGE WORK?
EACH WEEK THE PDHPE DEPARTMENT WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A RANGE OF PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CHALLENGES

EACH CHALLENGE IS ALLOCATED A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF POINTS
​
YOUR TASK IS TO CHOOSE AT LEAST 1 CHALLENGE TO COMPLETE EVERYDAY
​
BY THE END OF THE WEEK TRY AND HIT 1000 POINTS AS A MINIMUM.

EACH WEEK COMPLETE THE ACTIVITY TRACKER FORM FOR A CHANCE TO BE ON THE LEADER BOARD
​
POINTS WILL BE TALLIED EACH FRIDAY AND LEADER BOARD UPDATED
