JONESY'S LADDER CHALLENGE
Stair challenge - this activity is worth 50 - 150 points depending on what stage of the activity you get to. If you can do the activity with a sibling or Mum and Dad which includes the partner option it can be a lot of fun.
If you are in a two storey house the internal stairs are perfect, if you have steps somewhere else in the house you might need to go up and down them to at least get a total of ten stairs in between each activity. If you have no stairs at your house you could choose to run up the driveway or a space of approx. 10 metres
Individual Challenge
Stage 1 of the challenge - beginner (50 points)
Run to the top of the stairs and back down and complete the activity for each level
Stage 2 of the challenge - intermediate (100 points)
Increase the number of reps you do for each activity to 20
Stage 3 of the challenge - Advanced (150 points)
Run to the top of the stairs increase your reps to 30 and in between each activity hold your plank for 30 secs in between starting the next level
Level 1 - run to the top of stairs followed by - 10,20,30 push ups
Level 2 - repeat the stair run followed by - 10,20,30 star jumps
Level 3 - repeat stair run followed by - 10,20,30 burpees
Level 4 - repeat stair run followed by - 10,20,30 squats
Level 5 - repeat stair run followed by - 10,20,30 lunges
Partner Challenge (sibling or mum and dad)

Stage 1 of the challenge - beginner (50 points)
If you are doing the activity with a partner, the partner gets into a plank position and holds the plank, while you go up and complete a level. At the end of level 1, you and your partner swap.
Stage 2 of the challenge - intermediate (100 points)
Increase the number of reps you do for each activity to 20, while your partner holds their plank
Stage 3 of the challenge - Advanced (150 points)
Have your partner hold the plank until the completion of all 5 levels at 30 reps of each activity.
Level 1 - run to the top of the stairs - 10,20,30 push ups
Level 2 - repeat the stair run followed by - 10,20,30 star jumps
Level 3 - repeat stair run followed by - 10,20,30 burpees
Level 4 - repeat stair run followed by - 10,20,30 squats
