PERSONAL CHALLENGE#1

Personal Challenge #1 is a chance for you to take your learning to the next level across a number of weeks. It will involve perseverance, resilience, patience and practice.

The process is simple:

​

1. Pick a skill that you have always wanted to learn or improve. 

       

              For example: Performing a hand stand, juggling a football, a basketball trick shot, an ollie on a  skateboard

​

2. Conduct your own research regarding how to develop the skill

​

3. Practice the skill, a little bit everyday.

​

4. Create a journal / vlog of your process and progress. (You can keep this in your PDHPE OneNote or you could create your own blog)

​

5.  Let the PDHPE department know what your doing and how you're going so we can post updates on this website if you;re happy to share 

​
