PERSONAL CHALLENGE#2

Personal Challenge #2 is a chance for you design and implement creative interventions for enhancing others’  participation in a lifetime of physical activity.

What does that mean?? 

​

You, designing a challenge for this website (1000 Point Challenge) for other people to participate in and enjoy.

​

The process is simple:

​

1. Create a challenge for 50, 100 or 150 points. You decide, the more demanding the challenge, the more points it should be worth. 

       

For example: Create a body weight fitness workout, suggest a skill practice that people could complete, challenge people to create a healthy snack

​

2. Write or make video / audio instructions for the challenge that can be posted on the site

​

3. Email the PDHPE Department with your challenge and instructions

​
