It can feel stressful and overwhelming during an event like the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we can all be affected differently. You might feel overwhelmed by the information, conversations and the increased levels of stress in your community. If you feel that you are in need of additional support and would like to chat with someone, I encourage you to speak to your family or your House Mentor or Head of House.

eheadspace provides online and telephone support and counselling to young people, their families and friends.
